Job Description
Maintenance Technician needed for Condo Association. Full Time - Pay is $25-28 per hour. Paid Vacation. The Maintenance Technician ensures the community's overall cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. This role includes performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance to keep the property pristine and safe. Completes work orders from the Community Manager.
Requirements:
Requires a minimum of (2) year's general experience in building maintenance trades, repair, and maintenance/handyman work. Effective verbal communication skills. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.Required:
- Janitorial
- Grounds
- Maintains equipment in proper and safe manner
- minor maintenance
- Inventory of tools and supplies
- General repairs including paint, stucco, trimming, and light irrigation
- Maintenance of amenities
- Landscaping
- Moving of Heavy items as directed Experience
- 2 years experience in general maintenance in building maintenance trades, repairs, and handyman work.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as customer service.
- Computer knowledge a plus
