Job Description
Beach House RV Resort, a division of Zeman Homes, is looking for a part-time Groundskeeper / Maintenance Technician. This position performs groundskeeping and routing maintenance needed to maintain the community. In addition to the compensation package, we offer the following benefits: Potential annual performance bonus Participation in the 401-(k) savings plan Company paid holidays Paid time off Essential Job Description Inspects and completes routine maintenance and minor repairs to property facilities, model homes and streets, including trash pick up around property and from sites. Performs groundskeeping services needed to maintain lawn, flower and shrub beds. Cleans and maintains community buildings and maintenance garage and vacant sites. Maintains and completes chemical testing for resort pool and spa. Performs routing equipment and vehicle cleaning and maintenance Performs basic plumbing and electrical repairs. Requirements Previous grounds and maintenance experience preferred. Ability to endure seasonal temperatures as working conditions require constant outdoor work. Valid driver's license and good driving record. General knowledge of janitorial work, plumbing, electrical and grounds maintenance. Proficient skills in operating various hand tools and power equipment. Ability to walk, climb, stand, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to provide legible written reports.
