Job Description

Elite Staffing Partners is currently seeking an experienced Machine Maintenance Technician to work with a growing manufacturing facility in the Largo, FL area. This position offers strong career growth potential!

We offer:

Weekly Pay Hourly pay starting at $31.00/HR 1st Shift Availability (5:00am - 1:30pm, Monday - Friday) Scheduled overtime, with Saturdays as needed All other PPE furnished by the client HUGE career growth potential Machine Maintenance Technician are responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance and repair of machinery, troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues to keep production equipment running. Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment (motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, hydraulic pump systems, presses, and other production equipment) using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments. Installs and troubleshoots new equipment as directed. Performs preventative maintenance on all plant equipment to ensure maximum productivity. Works with production operations to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical issues. "Elite Staffing Partners is committed to equal opportunity principles."

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred. 2+ years of related maintenance experience and/or training required. Ability to read and understand prints and schematics. Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Crane, Power Industrial Vehicle (PIV), and Ladder & Sling certifications required. Ability to perform basic math (proportions, percentages, area, circumference, volume, and geometry). Ability to use small hand and power tools, including reading a tape measure in 1/32-inch increments. Must provide own steel-toe shoes with metatarsal guards. Apply today for immediate consideration.
