$21.00-$23.00 per hour based on experience Build a Specialized Service Career with Flexibility and Independence PRO BEV is hiring an Ice Machine Maintenance Technician to join our growing field service team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, solving mechanical issues, maintaining equipment performance, and building strong customer relationships while managing a local service route. In this role, you will focus specifically on commercial ice machine cleaning, preventative maintenance, service, and light troubleshooting for customer locations throughout the Largo area. Unlike installation-focused positions, this role is centered on repeat service work and maintaining equipment reliability through scheduled maintenance and proactive customer support. Whether your background is in HVAC, refrigeration, appliance repair, plumbing, facilities maintenance, restaurant equipment service, or general mechanical work, this opportunity offers training and a path to develop specialized technical skills in commercial beverage and refrigeration equipment. You will travel locally to customer sites, perform routine cleanings and preventative maintenance, identify equipment concerns, complete basic diagnostics and repairs, and communicate recommendations professionally with customers. This role offers a high level of autonomy while still being backed by an experienced and supportive team. What You'll Do Service, clean, and maintain commercial ice machines at customer locations Perform preventative maintenance to improve equipment reliability and performance Diagnose basic mechanical and operational issues and complete repairs when appropriate Conduct equipment inspections and identify service recommendations Maintain service records and communicate findings clearly with customers Manage a daily service route and complete work efficiently and independently Follow sanitation, safety, and maintenance procedures Deliver professional customer experiences while representing the PRO BEV brand What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, appliance repair, plumbing, maintenance, facilities, restaurant equipment, or related field service work preferred Ice machine experience is helpful but not required.
