We are not a high volume churn and burn company. We focus on quality work, strong systems, and long term clients. We are looking for a top tier pool repair technician who can run independently, diagnose problems accurately, and complete repairs without hand holding or micromanagement. If you already know pool equipment inside and out and want a company that trusts your expertise, this role is for you. Who This Role Is For This position is for an experienced professional who: Has strong repair knowledge , not just cleaning experience Can diagnose equipment issues without guessing Communicates clearly with management and clients Manages their route responsibly Takes pride in clean, professional repairs Does not need to be chased, babysat, or micromanaged If you need step by step instruction for basic repairs, this is not the role. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, motors, heaters, filters, valves, automation systems, and plumbing Perform installs and replacements including variable speed pumps, salt systems, heaters, and automation panels Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic issues Clearly document findings and recommended repairs Communicate professionally with homeowners and property managers Maintain accurate service notes and photos Manage daily schedule independently Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle Identify safety issues or potential failures before they become emergencies Required Experience 6 + years hands on pool repair experience required Strong knowledge of Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward equipment Ability to troubleshoot without supervision Comfortable working independently in the field Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong communication skills Professional appearance and attitude Strongly Preferred (Not Required) Florida CPC or contractor license Electrical troubleshooting experience Heater diagnostic experience Automation system setup and programming If you're tired of being rushed, underpaid, or not listened to — this is the role built for professionals who know their craft.
