Duties also include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, installing new equipment, and recommending improvements.
Essential Functions:

Complying with health and safety regulations Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals Maintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery Perform thorough maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems Cleaning, repairing, and installing equipment and parts as needed Operating a variety of hand and power tools Maintaining a clean and organized work area Performing general maintenance work on buildings, as assigned Read and comply with work orders concerning PMs, modification or installation of machinery Work effectively with other team members in a loud environment Performs all other duties as designated by

Education/Certification:
High school diploma and certification are required
Experience Required:
5+ years of industrial maintenance, required 5 years of Digital Machine experience Prior use of hand tools and specialized tools (welding, precision, manual and semi-automated machines) Expert ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals Expert mechanical knowledge (motors, bearings, rollers, sprockets, etc.) Expert pneumatics knowledge Intermediate electrical systems knowledge Advanced knowledge of computerized systems (CMMS)
Skill and Ability:
Bilingual (English & Spanish) proficiency is required. Attention to detail and multitasking skills Ability to work well both independently and in a team atmosphere Demonstrated ability to closely adhere to all instructions, WOs, SOP's, policies and procedures required Ability to walk, stand, and lift heavy objects for an extended amount of time Ability to act competently in emergencies Organized and detail-oriented Team player and willing to work with minimal supervision Excellent problem-solving skills #LI-Onsite #
