Maintenance, Facility Technician

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Job description: We are looking for a Maintenance worker to perform tasks such as repairs and maintenance. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as a team member. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Responsibilities Perform cleaning activities such as maintaining the exterior of the buildings. Do garden/yard upkeep by collecting yard waste, and collecting trash etc. Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, or minor painting. Report to the facilities or maintenance manager for issues. Very good communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter, able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Driver's License Reliable transortation.
