This position is paid per completed pool stop rather than by the hour. Efficient, quality work is rewarded. No Pool Experience? No problem! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning maintenance of residential and commercial pools and spas: skimming, vacuuming, cleaning baskets, brushing, cleaning filters, testing water and balancing chemicals.
• Customer service; you will often interact with customers and are the face of the company.
• Perform regular equipment check-ups.
• Report back to office with updates and keep the lines of communication open. Must have a cellphone with unlimited texting ability.
• Documenting logs accurately and consistently.
• This is an outside job.

Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.

While experience is preferred, it is not required. Compensation is based on the number of pools serviced and additional work performed. Your earning potential grows with your route. As additional accounts are added, your weekly piece-rate earnings increase. Additional paid work opportunities are also available beyond regular pool service. This position is currently part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full time role as our company continues to grow.

COMPENSATION

This is a piece-rate position paid per completed pool stop — not hourly. The route is currently completed over a consistent 3-day workweek (approximately 24 hours per week). Earning potential is not capped at $465 per week. Weekly earnings increase as additional pools are added to your assigned route. Additional earning opportunities are also available for approved extra services and work performed.
