Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Pavement Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform pavement-related tasks such as asphalt paving, sealing, striping, and general maintenance. You will ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily pavement maintenance and repair operations. Oversee tasks such as asphalt paving, crack sealing, striping, and concrete repairs. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Operate and maintain equipment, including asphalt rollers, seal coat machines, and striping equipment. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and supervisors. Perform inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in pavement maintenance, asphalt, or construction. Strong leadership and team management skills. Familiarity with operating and maintaining pavement equipment. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required). Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
