Beverage Cart/Pool Service/Snack Bar Attendant

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Full Time/Part Time Snack Bar, Beverage Cart, and Pool Service Attendant to join our team! Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service Provide friendly, professional, and prompt service to members and guests throughout the snack bar, pool area, and golf course beverage cart service. Anticipate member needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction during every interaction. Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor at all times. Snack Bar Operations Take food and beverage orders and prepare menu items according to established standards. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with company policies and local regulations. Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food pairings to assist members with their selections. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area, including equipment, counters, and food preparation areas. Beverage Cart Service Operate the beverage cart on the golf course to provide beverage and snack service to members and guests. Stock and maintain the beverage cart with appropriate inventory before and during shifts. Safely operate the beverage cart and follow all club and safety guidelines while on the course. Accurately process member charges and credit card payments using the POS system. Pool Service Provide food and beverage service to members and guests in the pool area. Take and deliver orders promptly while maintaining attentive and courteous service. Ensure the pool service area remains clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Monitor the pool deck area and assist members with requests when possible. General Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work environment. Accurately process member accounts and credit card transactions using the POS system. Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking, cleaning, and preparing for the next shift. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality service preferred (country club or resort experience is a plus). Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Ability to operate a POS system and handle member accounts and credit card transactions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk long distances, and lift supplies when needed. Ability to safely operate a beverage cart on the golf course. Positive attitude and strong commitment to exceptional member service. Must be 18 years or older Must be comfortable working outside
