This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills in a dynamic hospitality setting. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to building systems, electrical components, and mechanical devices. Conduct painting, and carpentry tasks to maintain the property's appearance and structural integrity. Read facility diagrams to accurately diagnose problems and execute repairs. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future inspections. Supervise or assist with subcontractors or team members during complex repairs or renovations while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance storage areas, tools, and equipment to promote efficiency and safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance within a hospitality or residential environment. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on skills in welding, residential painting, and general repairs. Electrical experience Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
