Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, and electrical systems across our facilities. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for all staff. Your hands-on approach and problem-solving abilities will be key to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime. Install, modify, or upgrade mechanical equipment in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance logs. Respond swiftly to emergency repair requests; prioritize tasks effectively to reduce operational disruptions. Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Experience Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician. Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams for troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical issues. Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices; experience with equipment repair and maintenance is essential.
