Job Description

Facility Maintenance (Full Time) 1022 East Lake Woodlands Parkway, Oldsmar, FL 34677 From $18 an hour
  • Full-time From $18 an hour
  • Full-time Location
  • Ardea Country Club (formally East Lake Woodlands Country Club) The job involves overseeing a large and busy racquets facility
  • 12 clay tennis courts, 13 pickleball courts plus other areas. Training will be provided. You will be an essential part of the operation in a small team that takes great pride in providing high standards. You will work on your own and need to show initiative. 10 hours days on a 2-week rotating schedule. Work every other weekend. Shifts 5.30am
  • 3.30pm Job involves:
  • Surface grooming clay tennis courts using equipment that can be towed with a golf cart.
Moisture management. Extensive irrigation system exists. Ensure a proper water distribution to maintain optimal conditions. Resurfacing. Adding clay to maintain proper court levels. Repairs and maintenance. Fix court issues. Fix and maintain irrigation system. Nets, fence, windscreen repairs. Upkeep of facility including weedkilling, pressure washing and many other facility tasks. Equipment operation. Operate golf cart and other specialized equipment. Seasonal adjustments. Adapt routines based on weather conditions.
