Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our resort's facilities. Your expertise in hospitality maintenance will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and guest satisfaction. The role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where your skills and experience will be valued and utilized to their fullest potential. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues promptly and efficiently. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs and ensure the hotel's systems are functioning optimally. Maintain and repair swimming pool and spa equipment, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate effectively with guests and address any maintenance-related concerns or requests. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and document all repairs and maintenance tasks. Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
