Responsibilities Assist with routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming pools. Learn to inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and chlorination systems. Support the team in balancing water chemistry to ensure safe swimming conditions. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during all service activities. Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients. Keep accurate records of work performed and report any issues or repairs needed to supervisors. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge of pool systems.
