Pool Technician — No Experience Job Summary We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Pool Technicians. This position is ideal for those interested in starting a career in pool maintenance and service, with no prior experience required. We provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills necessary to succeed in this role. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and properly functioning. Responsibilities Assist with routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, brushing, and vacuuming pools. Learn to inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and chlorination systems. Support the team in balancing water chemistry to ensure safe swimming conditions. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during all service activities. Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients. Keep accurate records of work performed and report any issues or repairs needed to supervisors. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge of pool systems. Qualifications No prior experience necessary; we will provide thorough training for the right candidate. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Reliable transportation is preferred for traveling between job sites. Ability to follow safety protocols and work as part of a team.
