The right person will help us improve the shop layout, fabrication processes, equipment, inventory systems and operating standards. As NAFPCO grows and dedicated personnel are added, this position has the opportunity to evolve into broader responsibility for facilities, shop operations, inventory, equipment and potentially the coordination or leadership of additional shop personnel. Compensation $23.00-$30.00 per hour , based on experience, welding and fabrication ability and overall mechanical skill set. Exceptional candidates with significant fire sprinkler fabrication, welding or relevant industrial experience may be considered above the posted range.
