Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Our team is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep of multiple commercial properties throughout the area. This is a full-time, stability-focused role based out of our Lake Worth office, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Overview Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Anticipate occasional overtime).

Location:

Daily kickoff at our Lake Worth office to receive assignments; company vehicle provided for travel between 4-5 commercial sites.

Compensation:

$24.00+ per hour, commensurate with experience.

On-Call:

Rotating on-call duties shared among the technician team. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and preventative maintenance across multiple commercial locations. Troubleshoot and repair issues involving plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry . Rotate between 4-5 designated sites to ensure all facilities remain in peak operational condition. Maintain clear communication with the main office regarding job completion and site status. Requirements Proven experience in commercial building maintenance. Proficiency in multiple trades, specifically plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Strong carpentry skills for general facility repairs. Ability to work a rotating on-call schedule as needed.
