Part or Full Time Maintenance Tech for Vacation Rental Co

JOB TITLE

Maintenance Technician Southern Coast Vacation Rentals 510 Skyview Drive Panama City Beach, FL 32408 $22-$25/hr + benefits, part to full-time, year-round position

Job Summary:

Southern Coast Vacation Rentals is looking for a reliable and experienced individual to join our team. This individual will be partially responsible for the general maintenance and repair of 91 condominiums and homes/townhomes (and growing) along the beach. Successful applicant will be self-motivated, organized, and have general working knowledge in electrical, plumbing, cable, and HVAC troubleshooting. Must be able to drive company van.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform quarterly preventative maintenance on all properties such as changing air filters & clearing drains Work with drywall, grout, caulk, and painting Handle guest complaints regarding maintenance issues such as a clogged drain, HVAC not operating, leaks, etc. Occasionally assist guests by delivering items to properties Input all maintenance tasks and receipts into Breezeway software Be responsible of inventory of maintenance items and order as needed Assist owners with light remodeling during the off-season such as repainting, putting together new furniture, removing old furniture, etc. Assist the team with other duties as needed

Requirements:

This is a part to full-time, year-round position. You must be able to have a flexible schedule and be able to work some nights, weekends, & holidays, especially during peak season (March-July). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to interface with guests and owners in a friendly manner. Must be physically able to lift and move heavy objects, climb stairs, and bend, squat, etc. to perform maintenance duties. Must have access to a smart phone that can have Breezeway app installed. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States and have a valid driver's license
