Job Description:
As a Building / Facility Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the buildings and grounds. This includes performing repairs, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for both employees and customers.

What You'll Do:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address maintenance needs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools. Assist with special projects as needed, including renovations and upgrades.
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in facility maintenance or a related field. Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and clean driving record Please upload your resume.
