(Process Safety Management) standards, and hazardous materials protocols Fire System Perform routine functional and visual tests on wet/dry pipe sprinkler systems Diagnose control panel faults, sensor failures, and pressure drops Maintain up-to-date logs of all test results, system deficiencies, and completed repairs to satisfy regulatory audits. Adhere to guidelines set by NFPA. About You High School Diploma or equivalent 3-5 years' experience in maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery Ammonia Operator I certification required Technical certification in industrial maintenance, HVAC, or refrigeration such as CIRO (Certified Industrial Refrigeration Operator), CARO (Certified Assistant Refrigeration Operator) preferred Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals Trained Industrial Equipment Repairperson, including forklift and pallet jack mechanic certification Must have a working knowledge of electronic, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic concepts as well as knowledge of programmable controllers for mechanical equipment. Ability to read numbers and understand English Positive work history including safety and attendance Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license Must be able to travel up to 10 days per year Willingness to work required shift schedules and varying days of the week including holidays and/or weekends as well as being on call in emergency situations Physical Requirements Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, squat, turn, reach, pull, push, balance and lift objects up to 85 pounds, in a fast-paced environment for extended period of time Must be able to transport various objects weighing 20-85 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift Must have the ability to stand, walk and move about for extended periods of time Must be able to climb ladders, work at elevated heights and work in tight spaces Must be able to stand and balance throughout the shift while operating industrial equipment Regularly works in warehouse environment with heat and cold, including freezers, coolers and refrigerators in temperatures as low as- 15 degrees
