Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Fence Installer to oversee fence installation projects. In this role, you will lead a crew, ensure high-quality work, maintain safety standards, and keep projects running efficiently. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of fence installers Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment Install fence posts, including concrete forming and finishing Ensure proper use of materials (wood, vinyl, aluminum, etc.) Maintain safety standards and comply with construction codes Coordinate with project managers to track progress and ensure quality Qualifications Experience in construction (fencing experience preferred) Strong carpentry skills (framing, concrete, masonry, etc.) Ability to use tools, equipment, and perform physical labor Leadership experience and strong communication skills Welding or metalwork experience is a plus Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Pay $18/hour - No experience required $24/hour - With experience (vinyl, wood, aluminum installation) Opportunity for promotion to Lead Installer with higher pay
