Full Job Description Responsibilities:
MUST HAVE VALID AND CLEAN LICENSE
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on swimming pools and related equipment
- Use power tools and hand tools to troubleshoot and fix issues
- Clean and maintain pool filters, pumps, and heaters
- Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as needed
- Vacuum and skim pools to remove debris
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Somedays will be field work doing various portions of renovations and construction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a pool technician or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of pool maintenance techniques, equipment, and chemicals
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
