Job Description
Reflections is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team! The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks. This hands-on position requires expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities and be capable of working independently or collaborating with a team to efficiently resolve issues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance repairs in a timely fashion. Ensure that all service requests are addressed daily. Complete make-ready units using company/property issued checklists. Conduct exterior property inspections. Perform building and common area upkeep on a daily basis. Assist in keeping all grounds neat and free of debris/litter. Participate/complete/oversee the completion of preventative maintenance. Assist in maintaining adequate inventory, utilizing inventory control systems. Maintain equipment to ensure warranty compliance and safety measures. Coordinate deliver and work schedules with vendors, contractors and management. Perform and report on all work according to safety standards of the company.Skills:
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, HVAC and carpentry . HVAC certification required , pool certification is a plus. Bilingual required Make ready experienceNSPIRE/REAC
Inspections - Preferred Yardi Mobile Facilities - Preferred Ability to walk up/down stairs, kneel, crouch, use hands, reach, and perform other physical tasks as required. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance required. Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods. Comfortable working in environments with moderate to high noise levels. Must possess basic tools or be willing to acquire necessary hand tools. Proficient in the safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment (e.g., motors, pumps, compressors). Familiar with measuring and diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other testing meters. Why join us?
