Residential Pool Technician

The Pool Boys USA is a growing pool service company looking to add a reliable and motivated Pool Technician to our team. We service both residential and commercial pools throughout the area and take pride in providing professional, high-quality service to our customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and working independently while still being part of a strong team environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Cleaning and maintaining residential and commercial pools Testing and balancing pool chemistry Brushing, skimming, vacuuming, and emptying baskets Monitoring pool equipment and identifying potential issues Communicating professionally with customers when needed Using our service software to document completed work and photos

What We're Looking For:

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat Comfortable working independently and managing a route Good communication and attention to detail Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person
