In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, scheduled maintenance, and minor repairs. Duties Perform carpet and tile cleaning. Perform maintenance and cleaning on hotel room air conditioners. Perform a variety of different jobs as instructed including lifting, painting caulking, and more Requirements Prior hotel maintenance is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on quality workmanship and safety standards Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions
