MAINTENANCE JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a full-time maintenance Person This person must be able to pass a background check and have a driver's license. They must also be willing to learn Ideally this person would have some of these skills. We are however, willing to train.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Performing routine maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs and changing HVAC filters. Basic electrical skills, installing light fixtures. Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them. Handles necessary repairs and maintenance. Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary. Painting skills. Basic carpentry. Basic plumbing skills, sink faucet installation. Willingness to clean apartments. Employer Willing to Train. Must be Authorized to work in the UNITED STATES
