Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off 401(k) 401(k) matching Competitive salary Dental insurance Lead Water Heater Installer Fort Pierce, FL | Full-Time | Year-Round $30-$36 per hour + Commission We are hiring an experienced Lead Water Heater Installer / Plumbing Technician to join our team in Fort Pierce, FL. This role is responsible for leading residential water heater installations and replacements while providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Lead and complete residential water heater installations and replacements Install, remove, and troubleshoot electric and gas water heaters Install tank and tankless water heater systems Complete piping, connections, shutoffs, relief valves, expansion tanks, drain pans, and discharge piping Perform leak testing and verify proper system operation Diagnose plumbing and water heater issues and determine appropriate solutions Follow manufacturer specifications, plumbing codes, and company standards Lead, train, and direct helpers or second installers Stage materials and maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites Protect customer property and communicate professionally with homeowners Document completed work, materials, and jobsite issues Qualifications 5+ years of plumbing, water heater installation, or residential service experience preferred Proven experience independently installing and replacing water heaters Experience with electric and gas water heaters Tankless water heater experience preferred Strong plumbing troubleshooting and installation skills Knowledge of plumbing codes and safe installation practices Ability to lead and train a helper or crew member Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to lift and maneuver water heaters and materials Comfortable working in confined spaces and residential environments What We Offer $30-$36 per hour Full Benefits Package Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 401(k) with Company Match Year-Round Work Training & Advancement Opportunities If you're an experienced plumber, plumbing technician, water heater installer, or lead installer looking for a long-term opportunity with a strong team, apply today!
