We are a privately owned, 172-unit apartment community in Stuart, Florida, seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician who is motivated, dependable, and eager to advance into a Maintenance Supervisor position. What We're Looking For We're searching for a true jack-of-all-trades with apartment maintenance experience and leadership potential. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work independently, assist in leading maintenance operations, and help maintain our community to the highest standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
