Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and cleaning of residential and commercial swimming pools. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently while delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are also adding a Sign-On bonus after 90 days of employment. Duties Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing surfaces. Test and balance water chemistry to ensure safe and clean swimming conditions. Perform routine inspections of pool equipment, identifying any issues that may require repair or replacement. Document service visits and communicate with clients regarding their pool needs and any necessary repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored after use. Skills Experience in pool maintenance and cleaning techniques. Previous experience as a service technician is mandatory. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet service schedules. Strong communication skills for interacting with clients professionally.
