Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window/Door Installer to join our team. Pay is based on skill level. Basic tool knowledge & the ability to work as part of a team is a must. We can train you on the job for everything else. Our ideal candidate has keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks. Perform caulking and sealing to ensure energy efficiency and weatherproofing. Fabricate components as needed for custom installations. Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites. Experience Some experience in window and door installation or related fields such as maintenance services or remodeling. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and construction estimating techniques. Familiarity with reading schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
