ASAP BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Make Ready Technician for a residential community in Tallahassee FL. This is a great opportunity for someone with apartment turn or maintenance experience who is ready to start immediately and grow into a long-term role. Position Details

Responsibilities:
Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (make-readies/turns)
Perform basic repairs including painting, drywall, flooring, light plumbing, and electrical
Replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as needed
Ensure apartments meet quality and safety standards prior to occupancy
Maintain cleanliness of units and work areas
Assist with general maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
