In this energetic position, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of signage systems across diverse locations. Your mechanical aptitude, technical proficiency, and attention to detail will ensure that each sign is installed safely, accurately, and efficiently. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with innovative signage solutions while contributing to the visibility and branding of our clients. Whether working on new installations or performing routine maintenance, your expertise will help create impactful visual experiences. Duties Install a wide range of signs, including illuminated, non-illuminated, digital displays, and custom signage according to technical drawings and schematics Interpret technical schematics and drawings to ensure precise placement and alignment of signage components Use electrical diagnostics tools such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot wiring issues and ensure electrical safety standards are met Conduct mechanical inspections and adjustments on signage structures, ensuring stability and durability in various environments Perform maintenance, repairs, and operations (MRO) tasks on existing signage systems to extend their lifespan and functionality Operate heavy equipment such as lifts, scaffolding, or cranes safely during installation or repair processes Document installation procedures, maintenance activities, and inspection reports accurately for record-keeping and compliance purposes Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics confidently Experience with electrical diagnostics using tools like ohmmeters to troubleshoot wiring and circuit issues Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams related to signage systems Knowledge of heavy equipment mechanics for operating lifts or other machinery safely during installations or repairs Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices specific to signage or electrical systems Ability to diagnose issues through electrical testing and mechanical inspections effectively Excellent technical proficiency combined with strong attention to detail ensures high-quality work in every project This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in sign installation while making a visible impact through their craftsmanship.
