Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community located at: This position is ideal for a hands-on technician who is comfortable supporting daily maintenance operations and keeping the property clean, safe, and well-maintained. Position Details

Schedule:

 Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate:

 $20-$22 per hour (depending on experience)

 ASAP Job Responsibilities Complete apartment service requests Perform make-ready/turns between residents Provide general maintenance assistance as needed Assist with grounds maintenance, including exterior upkeep Clean and maintain trash compactor and dumpster areas Pick up trash and debris around the community Troubleshoot and repair common apartment maintenance issues Help maintain a safe, clean, and professional property appearance Requirements (Experience Required) Previous apartment maintenance experience

REQUIRED

Must be comfortable performing service, turns, grounds, and cleanup duties Standard maintenance attire required Own tools preferred (many tools are available onsite, but not everything) Reliable transportation required Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently Dependable, punctual, and professional Why Work With BG Staffing?
