Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including low voltage circuits
• Welding and fabrication using stick welding techniques
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
• Provide technical support to internal departments and external customers
• Assist with the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair
• Proficiency in stick welding techniques for fabrication and repairs
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and their maintenance requirements
• Experience working with a CMMS for tracking maintenance activities
• Excellent customer service skills to provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders
• Technical sales experience is a plus
