About us Tropical Villas of Venice Beach and Venice beach villas are vacation rentals located on the island. We are a small family-run business looking for an experienced and detailed oriented person to take care of the property. We offer 30-40 hours per week and the schedule is flexible, the compensation according experience and competence. Ideal candidate would reside in Venice of close by because we can have some emergencies from time to time. Great company ! Great work environment ! This is a full-time position that involves painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, landscaping and different projects.
