Robbins Property Associates LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician for Briarcrest at Winter Haven, a multifamily community in the Southeast U.S. In this role, you'll handle routine and emergency repairs, unit turns, and preventative maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances. You'll ensure curb appeal, safety compliance, and timely response to resident work orders. Working in a collaborative, resident-focused culture, you'll partner with property staff, support capital projects, and build your maintenance and property operations skills with room for advancement. Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance for Briarcrest at Winter Haven, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs Complete work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance on schedule and to quality standards Inspect community grounds, buildings, and common areas; address safety and curb-appeal issues promptly Assist with vendor coordination, parts ordering, and maintaining maintenance shop organization and inventory Document all work performed, using property management or maintenance software as required Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies and respond professionally to resident requests Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and company maintenance standards Support capital improvement projects and collaborate with the property management team on maintenance planning Required Skills Multifamily property maintenance HVAC troubleshooting and repair Basic plumbing repair Basic electrical repair Appliance repair Drywall and painting Preventative maintenance scheduling Use of maintenance/PM software Safety and code compliance Vendor coordination
