The ideal candidate will have experience in computer support, networking, basic electrical work, building maintenance, equipment repairs, and general handyman duties. This position requires someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and working independently across multiple disciplines. Key Responsibilities IT & Computer Support Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Provide user support for hardware, software, and network issues. Manage basic Windows and Office applications. Perform routine system maintenance and updates. Network Support Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity issues. Install and maintain network cabling. Configure basic routers, switches, and access points. Monitor and maintain network performance. Electrical & Technical Work Perform basic electrical repairs and installations. Install and troubleshoot automatic gate systems. Assist with low-voltage wiring and equipment installation. Follow electrical safety procedures and standards. Building & Facility Maintenance Repair minor roof leaks and building issues. Perform general handyman work and facility repairs. Repair and replace Door handles and hinges Conduct preventive maintenance inspections. Assist with plumbing and basic mechanical repairs as needed. HVAC & Equipment Maintenance Diagnose and perform basic air conditioning maintenance and repairs. Replace filters, clean units, and troubleshoot common HVAC problems. Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records. Fleet Maintenance Perform routine engine oil and filter changes for company trucks. Inspect vehicles for basic maintenance requirements. Maintain service records and report repair needs.
