A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE TECH

As a Maintenance Tech, your primary responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on residential HVAC systems. You will be tasked with ensuring the optimal performance and efficiency of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our clients. This position requires a professional with strong technical skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently while adhering to company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECH

Experience with residential HVAC systems, including components, troubleshooting, and repairs Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring diagrams as they apply to HVAC units Strong customer service skills

• ability to communicate effectively with homeowners Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment EPA Certification (required to handle refrigerants)

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position works Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend availability.
