Previous apartment maintenance experience or strong handyman skills required.
Type:
Full-time;
Temporary Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM HH Staffing is seeking a Maintenance Tech to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances) Complete work orders efficiently and professionally Troubleshoot maintenance issues and ensure proper resolution Conduct unit turns and prepare apartments for new residents Maintain clean and safe work areas Communicate effectively with property staff and residents
Position Requirements:
EPA/HVAC & CPO
certifications are highly preferred Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems preferred Experience with painting, drywall patching, and basic carpentry Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable transportation and a basic toolkit (including a drill) Must undergo a local and national criminal background check HH Staffing is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.
