Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Cleaning Technician to join our team. The Pool Cleaning Technician will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our clients' swimming pools and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in pool maintenance and cleaning, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain swimming pools, including vacuuming, skimming, and brushing the walls and floors Test pool water chemistry and adjust chemicals as necessary to ensure proper pH, alkalinity, and chlorine levels Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters Communicate with clients regarding pool maintenance needs and provide recommendations for equipment upgrades or repairs Maintain accurate records of pool maintenance activities and equipment repairs Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in pool cleaning and maintenance Knowledge of pool equipment repair and troubleshooting Strong attention to detail and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Ability to work in outdoor environments and withstand various weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time Ability to swim and perform pool maintenance tasks while in the water This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
