system repair Facilities maintenance Full Job Description Seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support office and manufacturing support environments through minor forklift repairs, HVAC maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, painting, facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, and emergency response activities. This role ensures office spaces, common areas, and support rooms remain safe, functional, and presentable while minimizing disruption to manufacturing operations. The technician will also maintain compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and site-specific manufacturing standards .

Responsibilities:

Perform minor forklift repairs , HVAC maintenance , and general facility maintenance activities. Complete painting, plumbing, carpentry, interior/exterior repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks. Respond to facility service requests, equipment issues, and emergency maintenance situations. Maintain office areas, support rooms, and common spaces to ensure operational efficiency and cleanliness. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services. Document maintenance activities, inspections, and repair records accurately. Support facility inspections, safety initiatives, and emergency preparedness procedures. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, safety policies, building codes, and manufacturing site requirements .

Qualifications:

Experience in facility maintenance, HVAC systems, forklift repair, plumbing, carpentry, and painting . Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and building systems . Ability to troubleshoot facility and equipment issues in a manufacturing environment. Experience working with maintenance documentation and vendor coordination. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies.

Pay:

$25.00 per hour
