Key Responsibilities:

Respond to resident maintenance requests with professionalism and urgency Perform preventive maintenance, light carpentry, appliance installations, HVAC tasks, and general repairs Build positive relationships with residents, co-workers, and vendors

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills Self-motivated with excellent time management Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance 2+ years of experience in maintenance or trades (plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, etc.) Preferred (but not required):

CPO, EPA, OSHA

certifications HVAC and appliance repair experience

Schedule:
