Maintenance Mechanic

Machines:

Perform a wide variety of repairs on complex mechanical and electrical equipment using prints, schematics, and diagrams.

Precision Work:

Dismantle complicated units, determine the extent of repairs, and reassemble with perfect synchronization and timing.

Electrical Expertise:

Install and repair circuits, conduits, transformers, and motors, ensuring everything from variable speed motors to automatic controls runs smoothly.

Plant-Wide Impact:

Maintain utility systems, air conditioning, and compressors, while also handling routine carpentry, plumbing, and lift truck repairs.

Innovate:

Construct special parts, designs, and attachments tailored for specific plant or machine needs. What You Bring to the

Table The Skills:

Proficiency in at least two primary craft skills and a working knowledge of others. You should be an expert with shop equipment and possess a mechanical aptitude (electrical proficiency is a huge plus!).

The Experience:

5+ years of experience is preferred.

The Education:

A high school diploma or GED is required. We highly value candidates with a completed formal apprenticeship or a 2-year associate degree in a related discipline.
