Perform general maintenance tasks, including:
Basic plumbing repairs
Electrical troubleshooting
Appliance diagnostics and repair
Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep
Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Requirements Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions
Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
