In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities. Your expertise will keep equipment running smoothly, prevent downtime, and support a safe, efficient environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the overall success of our operations. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance. Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC & appliance technology, mechanical systems, and refrigeration equipment using schematics and technical manuals. Install new appliances and mechanical systems with precision, adhering to safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Conduct repairs on air conditioning units, HVAC/R systems, and other mechanical equipment to minimize operational disruptions. Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks across multiple sites while maintaining proper documentation. Utilize schematics and technical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and execute effective repairs or replacements. Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects, improve procedures, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Skills Extensive experience in appliance repair, HVAC system repair, refrigeration, and mechanical systems maintenance. Strong knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC & appliance technology. Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently using diagnostic tools. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and professionalism. Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely and effectively within construction or industrial environments. Leadership qualities that support team collaboration and mentorship in maintenance tasks. Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), including equipment repair and preventive care.
