Painting Specialist / Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities As a Painting Specialist / Maintenance Technician, you will help maintain the appearance, functionality, and overall quality of residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities include:

Painting & Surface Preparation Perform interior and exterior painting projects for residential and commercial properties Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, priming, caulking, and cleaning prior to paint application Apply paints, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment Ensure high-quality finishes while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail Property Maintenance & Repairs Conduct routine property inspections and preventive maintenance tasks Complete general repair work, including drywall, carpentry, flooring, doors, fixtures, and minor building repairs Address maintenance requests promptly and professionally Assist with maintaining property appearance and operational standards Safety & Communication Maintain safe, organized, and clean work environments Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices Communicate maintenance updates, repair needs, and project status to supervisors in a timely manner Work independently while effectively managing workload and priorities Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional painting and/or maintenance experience Strong understanding of painting methods, surface preparation techniques, and finishing applications Experience using hand tools, power tools, and painting equipment safely and effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong time management skills and attention to detail Commitment to producing quality work and delivering excellent service Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds , climb ladders, and perform physically demanding work Preferred Qualifications Experience working in property management, apartment maintenance, or residential/commercial facilities maintenance Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and maintenance best practices Ability to perform minor plumbing, electrical, or HVAC troubleshooting and repairs General knowledge of building maintenance systems Compensation & Benefits Compensation $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Benefits Include Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Employee Discount Program Profit-Sharing Opportunities Flexible Schedule Consistent Year-Round Work Career Advancement Opportunities Supportive Team Environment Why Join E & E Capital Management?
