Job Description:
Utility Maintenance (Temporary) A/Day Shift - (Mon-Thurs, 5am-3:30pm) Must be available to alternate shifts and overtime as needed Job Description Performs basic tasks, minor repairs, and preventative and building maintenance to ensure safe and efficient building operations. Assists maintenance mechanics in routine troubleshooting and repairs. Duties and Responsibilities- Work in compliance with all TJX best practices, safety rules and regulations in accordance with federal, state, and local municipalities
- Ability to operate powered equipment, safety devices, or other specialized equipment.
- Ability to use computer software, training software, etc. (do we have to list all software)
- Assists in troubleshooting, parts replacement, adjustments, and lubrication.
- Complete all required paperwork for each day and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assists maintenance mechanics in equipment repairs and installations in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Identifies the need for supplies and equipment as necessary.
- Performs special projects or duties as assigned.
- Vocational training in basic preventative maintenance practices preferable Minimum job skills required to perform this job
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 75 lbs.
