Job Description
Apartment complex with 96 units is looking for 2 full time maintenance technicians. The job duties would include but not be limited to: HVAC repair Unit turns Plumbing repair Sheetrock repair Grounds clean up Normal interior repairs The person suited for this job should be knowledgeable, professional, willing to learn and excel at the tasks given on a day to day basis. We are looking for a hard worker that is dedicated to their job and the well being of the tenants. Can be HVAC certified and must have a valid Drivers license.
