We manage a portfolio of multi-family communities and are looking for a skilled, dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our property running smoothly. Property Overview As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility is to complete maintenance work orders, assist with unit turns, and help ensure the property is well-maintained and in good working order. You'll play a key role in keeping our residents satisfied by responding quickly and professionally to maintenance requests and upkeep needs. Key Responsibilities Complete routine maintenance work orders in apartments and common areas Repair basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues Perform appliance repairs and replacements Assist with painting, drywall patching, and minor carpentry Help with apartment turnovers, including cleaning and repair tasks Maintain property grounds, including trash pickup and basic landscaping Conduct seasonal and preventative maintenance (e.g., filters, smoke detectors, inspections) Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards Qualifications 1-3 years of general maintenance or repair experience (apartment or residential preferred) Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions Benefits Competitive hourly pay Medical benefits package with options Paid time off and holidays - The best PTO package in the industry!
