Friday & Saturday Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Night Maintenance Tech / Corridor Tech to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of a multifamily apartment community. This position is primarily responsible for corridor and breezeway upkeep during the afternoon and evening , followed by door-to-door trash valet collection during the final two hours of the shift . This position requires regular Sunday availability. Candidates must be able to consistently work Sunday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Corridor & Breezeway Upkeep - Approximately 1:00 PM-8:00 PM Maintain and inspect breezeways, corridors, stairwells, and other assigned common areas. Vacuum and clean carpeted breezeways. Sweep and spot-clean concrete breezeways. Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, fixtures, stairwells, and railings. Wipe down walls, doors, railings, and mailbox areas. Perform minor paint touch-ups for scuffs, marks, and dings. Replace burnt-out light bulbs and report electrical or safety concerns. Empty common-area trash receptacles. Keep assigned areas clean, safe, and presentable throughout the shift. Trash Valet - Approximately 8:00 PM-10:00 PM Perform door-to-door resident trash collection according to the property's established schedule. Transport collected trash to the designated dumpster or compactor. Follow and help enforce established trash collection procedures. Keep trash carts, equipment, and staging areas clean and organized. Additional Responsibilities Report maintenance and safety issues promptly. Assist with minor repairs, touch-ups, and punch work as assigned. Use CompanyCam or other company-approved applications for photo documentation and reporting. Perform additional duties as assigned to support property operations. Qualifications Previous maintenance, janitorial, cleaning, grounds, or multifamily property experience preferred. Reliable and punctual. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently during afternoon and evening hours. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license preferred. Personal smartphone capable of using company-required applications. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds . Ability to push and pull loaded trash carts. Ability to walk throughout a large apartment community multiple times per shift. Ability to bend, kneel, stand, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
